Does anyone knows if the Ovusoft charting software could be available for purchase/install offline?
I know at one point I had a disc, but never worked on mine since I run Mac OS.
I have years of charting on line, and now in peri-menopause....well I don't know how I could start it again in another site even with all the data saved. I guess I could enter my last 180 days ongoing chart....omg.
What a great question!
Actually, would it be possible to keep this site up by donations?
Is anyone interested in taking it over if available?
The forums would be one thing, getting them to give us the software rights would be something quite different. I'm not even sure how we'd go about asking that. Melissa doesn't 'work' for Ovusoft any longer and last time I emailed Gene, he never responded.
There is a PC version of the TCOYF software floating around out there, but I don't think there is any way to register/buy it so it lasts beyond the 15 day trial. They never had anything but the online software for Macs.
I am interested in the Patientone proposal as well. I used to pay subscrition here for years. Again the PC version it would not do anything for me this is why I charted on line. I could chart manually. I never done it. Sincerely I think I will let it go. Loosing all that data or even re-entering 4 months of data in another site, it would be interesting.
I know they do not want to main the site anymore. So perhaps selling the rights would be an alternative?
