IUI and low sperm motility

IUI and low sperm motility

any one have advice regarding next steps if DH's has low sperm motility? we have at least 2 more test to confirm findings of the first test. so far, there has been nothing negative on my side. would IUI be the next step and if so, has anyone tried it with success?

My husband took Argenine, and we got prego, He has low sperm and low motility.

I don't have any advice for you other than I've heard wonderful things about Fertilaid for men. I also agree with pp about the Argenine. I wish you all the best and hope you get your BFP soon.

He should try folic acid and B12.  Folic acid improves sperm DNA synthesis and production.  Arginine also raises sperm counts. L-carnitine improves sperm motility.  Glutathione improves sperm count, motility and morphology.  Pycnogenal improves sperm quality.  Zinc and selenium improve sperm count and motility.  You can get all from food sources.  If you google them, you'll see many of them in fruits and veggies, free-range eggs, organic meats or you can buy the supplements and he can start taking them asap.
